Do u have a memory stick in it? when i first got mine and put a memory stick in it would turn on for like 30 seconds then restart. my memory stick was corupted i guess. try taking the memory stick out.

yeah u could took it back. I took mine back b4 my 14 days were up. Then it did it with my new one. I eventually realized that it rejects certain files. It did it in my media player, and recently when i recieved a reply from a media message I sent as a email aka picture msg. What r u doing when it turns off, are you trying to read/open something. You may want to remove the file or avoid the file altoghter.
