try reinstalling drivers and running tk in compatability mode.

try reinstalling drivers and running tk in compatability mode.

Actually that's incorrect, install the Samsung USB COMPOSITE drivers for the Behold, then afterwards you have to go to device manager, double click on the samsung thing for unknown device, then tell it to update the driver, once Win7 says it can't find the proper driver for your hardware hit the browse button and go to the directory folder where the drivers were installed, double click on the sscdbus.inf file and click "ok" and then "next" and then it should say that the driver has been successfully installed!! For some reason Windows 7 doesn't automatically recognize the driver being installed, so you basically have to show it where it is. After that's done, load up TK File Explorer, plug your USB Sync cable into your phone and the other end into your USB port on your computer, click "Settings", then "COM", click the COM port that's showing and then click Connect and you should see all of the files and folders from your Behold in the bottom window.

Hope this was helpful!! Good day to you all!  Wink

P.S. By the way I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and it's working perfectly, besides the fact that it occasionally loses connection in the middle of downloading files to my Behold...

Haven't seen any fixes for that issue yet, hopefully one will come along soon!!  Grin

having same problem and tried what you said GoldenEagle but win 7 will only let me select a folder and not the driver itself. I right clicked on the driver file and tried to install that way and it would not work either.
