As Telenubby stated: "The only possible chance of streaming YouTube videos would be for somebody to develop a mobile Java application that uses TMobileX as a front-end to download the movie while the back-end FLV player would play simultaneously. This would take some time to develop, and you wouldn't even be able to skip around in the video - you'd have to watch from beginning to end. Not worth the effort required, sorry."Well this is the mobile java application we have been waiting for! In addition, you can skip around, and you don't need to watch the video from beginning to end.
STEP ONE: Download gigsniper's modded Opera Mini (Preferably 5, but 4.2 is capable as well) Browser to your phone and go through the quick and easy installation process.

vuclip.com on your newly acquired Opera Mini Browser. Find a video and download it. (Preferably 3GP videos even though they are like 176x144 res, because most MP4s are 480x360 res; not the targeted 320x240 res) It will prompt you to save the video the video somewhere, save the video to the "video" folder.
STEP FOUR: Wait a minute or two for the download to start, once you see even .1MB downloaded you may begin the process of watching it.
STEP FIVE: Minimize Opera Mini 5, (it WILL continue downloading the video) go on your phone to Applications->Files->Videos and your video should appear there. Touch the file and begin watching your video while it downloads! Once you are finished watching it, you may choose to delete it if you want to, or you can keep it as well.
*The video may stop at a certain point; this means that the video hasn't been downloaded from that point onward. You may start the video and watch it over if you please, or just wait for that portion to be downloaded.
*This has been tested on the Samsung Behold, other phones may not have the capability to pause apps, so I can only speak for the Beholders in this forum.
*The download is much slower than you might hope, so files will need to be
10MB or less in order to completely download (I've tried larger files, and the download always fails); make sure you also have a good 3G connection.
*Gigsniper will probably work on remodding it some more to increase the general speed of Opera Mini 5, but Thanks to him, watching while downloading (basically streaming) videos is now possible!
Also, thanks to Telenubby, for starting it all.
