Well i was on tk explorer and i managed to download the locked wallpapers n edit them to one of my pics and post with the original name i tried uploading them only one worked so i now have one of my picture as a screensaver image, dont kno how i did it but maybe you can try it to and see wat u get.

Which file? 

How did you get TK to transfer to the phone without the Error from them being locked images?

Also, have you actully seen the wallpaper show up on one of the lock screens?

I have replaced all 11 of my locked wallpapers with my own images on the phone in the SystemFS/Media/Images folder using the unbrick behold method, but none of them show up as locked screensaver image because the phone uses images from a different hidden location.
