I'm still getting the same error when I click on phones and Plans on the T-Mobile site. It's been two days now. I emailed them and they sent me a generic BS response asking for me to call (which didn't help since I was out all day). Is anybody else having trouble accessing that portion of their site?

Also, as an off question, can anybody access my.t-mobile.com and change their phone, or have they locked that down?

I too have been unable to access my phone on mytmobile. I even have errors on billing info, but when I called, they have the correct info. Need to get it together down there.

Ok. I got it to work now. I had to delete my cookies.
Now does anybody know if they'll still allow you to change your phone online?

I think their website is messed up or I messed it up.

I went onto the website and it let me change phones, but then I changed it back right away. Now on the website it's saying that I don't have a texting plan or a data plan - but when I check through the internet on my phone it says I still have it.

Ha ha, watch me get another $500 phone bill - I'll be pissed  Smiley

Ok people calm down. Check out this link it'll explain everything. Only the G1, Crackberry (not pearl & pearl flip), smartphones (includes Winmo). The Behold is not a smartphone! if u want data it'll be atleast $10 a month, this only affects new custs. tzones is getting phased out. So all u 5.99 hackers are sol.

http://www.tmonews.com/2009/05/data-plan-recap/

Behold may not technically be a smartphone, but Tmobile considers it to be one, and therefore charges the required plans.

I already had the 200 text + 50 mb web service. Online it shows that I have NO services and I see no way of even trying to cancel this service, short of calling them up.

I wanted this phone so bad, now I got it and I am sad.

Yeah, I know I am locked in. The problem though is that with this 50mb web plan, I can only accrss the free sites. If I try to go to the normal sites that require a data plan, I get a message telling me I do not have the required plan to access it. So I an basically paying for 50mb that never get used.
