u can edit the bitrate of any mp3 file and this also will have the right size for u to send it as a mms message .soo enjoy!

also u cannot do a custom number like for ex. 21 . it gots to be choosen from the list but dont worry theres 8kbps,16kbps,24kbps,32kbps,56kbps,64kbps,96kbps,128kbps,and up to 320kbps!
oh and the song may sound kinda akward but i advice for anyone to use 24 kbps.the higher the better like 320 but more memory consumive.
also i just thought this was cool and i got it cus i wanted to send some mp3's ,but needed to be under 600kb so this was the perfect thing here! xD
