Applications like Snaptu, Facebook Mobile, etc. require a data plan in order to fully use. Is there a script or something that you can add to the jad or jar file to make them access the internet through a ByPass (C ByPass, T9space, TMobileX) so that even people without data plans can use them?

These "bypasses" that you speak of are HTTP only; games and other applications almost never use the same port HTTP uses (port 80). So to answer your question: no, unless the programmer specifically uses HTTP as his or her protocol.
