I GUESS YOU COULD NEED A TXT PLAN I HAVE UNLIMITED TXT AND MINUTES BUT NO DATA PLAN AND YOU CAN BELIEVE ME OR NOT BUT THIS WORKS AND HAS FOR OVER A YEAR NOW FOR ME AND ME FRIENDS THAT IVE DONE THIS ON THERE PHONE FOR.

IMs count as texts on the behold. that's why you were never charged because you have unlimited texts.
