when me and my ex were going out i bought her a samsung behold and when we broke up she gave it back to me but has a password set when you turn it on and wont tell me what it is!! Is there anyway to get it fixed? without just starting at 00000000 and adding 1??

only way to do it is do a factory reset.  I'm not sure how you would do it if she has the boot lock set.  Call tmo and ask tech support , or i'll find out when i get off work.

i did the samething, i forgot mine lol WHOMP! and i called tmo nd they walked me through it

If it says "phone lock" then you may have to have tmobile contact samsung directly. This can take a while. For exampe, I'm a csr and I had a customer who was in this situation. Had to send the imei info to a supervisor to send to samsung and set a follow up to call the customer back in 2 days. 2 weeks have gone by with out hearing anything back from samsung. LAME. It's a problem with the Behold and Memoir because they can be used as cameras without sim cards in them. So the regular samsung security code workaround doesnt work.
