Prior to the Samsung Behold I had a Nokia 5300 and used
http://www.mobile9.com/ for Themes, ring tones, wall papers etc... I've tried the ring tones and wallpapers on my Behold and had no problems at all. The site is free like most but you have to wait for each download if you do not register for a free account. It will cost you an e-mail address, nothing more.
Ring Tones: I've tested the Ring tones and all the ones I've downloaded have worked.
Wallpapers: In the pull down menu select 320 x 480 they seem to fit best without having to enlarge or distort the image. Click on the [more options] link below the GO button to input your search subject.
