I've had my Behold for a while now. I KNOW that the SMS or text message alert volume increases after 3 seconds. I've gotten used to that and around that by using alerts that are longer than 10 seconds for me to hear my phone. However, this is my issue and it's started just in the past week. I changed my ring tone in the normal sound profile to another mp3 that is like 20 seconds long. When the song plays while trying to select it, it's a full volume. But now when my alert goes off, it's very quiet. I've changed BACK to my old SMS text alert but now the same thing exists. I can NOT hear it it is so low, even though I could just several days before. If I change the profile to anything OTHER than silent or vibration, then I can hear it at full volume after the 3 seconds. I've tried restarting the phone, and a hard restart. No luck yet.... Any suggestions??

If this was already posted, then I honestly didn't find it... I swear!!

I am having the same issue. When I use MP3's for either incoming text messages or a ring tone its starts off very quiet for about 3 seconds then goes to full volume. I have the setting set to melody, not increase melody.  Can anyone help fix this?
