I just received my replacement Behold Tuesday and for the 2nd time now my music ringtones are somehow getting erased from my contact list. The main caller ringtone hasn't changed but all the specific ones I assigned are gone and now it reverts back to the main caller ringtone.

When I try to assign them again it says "Unsupported File Type" but they're all mp3 files.

Has anyone else experienced this before?

No I haven't, but have you tried a master reset?  That might do the trick.

The last time I did a master reset I stopped getting my email notifications and I really don't feel like downloading my apps all over again.

Tkfilexplore has been such a pain in my (expletive) of late.
