I was wondering how you can set up a GIF picture as a wallpaper on the Samsung Behold? Help me...

You first fut the gif in your photos folder. Then go to your photos on your phone, press the gif and press set as wallpaper.

I believe it does, yes just like the other wallpapers, ringtones, etc.

I used a GIF as wallpaper once but it was very slow and sluggish.
