qwerty not working with opera mini

I am having a problem trying to get the qwerty keyboard to initilize when using opera mini or telenav. When I get to the blue screen and tap it nothing happens. Used to work fine till I deleted opera and reinstalled a different version. I did see a post here about a possible damaged or missing file "jwc properties.ini". When I go into the phone using tk I see the file but the size is 0. Did I do something wrong? Can someone extract the file for me and send it to me. I called Samsung and they said they could not do that and to sent the phone in. I dont want to do that unless absolutely necessary. Please help. Its driving me crazy!!

I justwant to say thanks to "annie6870". She saw someone in distress and came to my aide. Phone works fine now. If anyone has the same issue let me know and I will be happy to email you the file.

mine is the same.It also doesn't work with telenav,everytime i try to enter a adress the blue screen pops out and nothing! i looked everywhere on the internet to download this file "jwc properties.ini" but nothing!can someone please upload the file to their own comp and then email the file to me i would greatly appreciate it..please my e-mail is a.zipper@comcast.net
