I took a couple pics the other day and when I go to look at them there is just a grey icon with a guy and a lightning bolt and when I try to click on it, everything freezes. I tried resetting my phone but it doesn't help. Any idea what to do or how to delete these pics?

I was having that issue when the phone was having difficulty reading/mounting the memory card.  I changed memory cards and format types.  It may have been the card, but it seems that FAT32 is working better than FAT for me so far.  If you're saving to your phone and/or not using a memory card, then maybe someone else has some info.

When you say reset, what do you mean?  Holding the power button?  Popping the battery? Or the

DRM master reset?

If none of that works, you can try poking around at the innards with TK File Explorer to try to find them and get rid of them.

I was actually asking rmaynard83, wondering if any of the above methods he hadn't tried might help him.

I tried taking our the battery and that didn't work. If I do the DRM master reset will it delete anything on my phone? what does it do?

It doesn't delete anything as far as I know, I've used it several times and everything's still there.  It seems that it's a more thorough shutdown and restart process of the phone.  Someone out there probably has the details.  I just know that it's made some things work for me that a simple power off and power on didn't fix.

No prob.  Now in return, I expect you to complete the simple task of figuring out how to change these screen lock wallpaper images and let the rest of us know.
