opera mini not working.. i

im getting an error message stating cannot connect to internet check settings... non of the apps i'm downloading can connect. i have changed the settings multiple times and nothing works..

i am download directly from my phone, and not thru tkfile explorer..

Opera mini and a lot of the apps that require an internet connection must be installed through TK in order to work correctly.
