I dropped my phone in water then i put it in rice. It still works fine. But the camera doesn't work. When i try to take a picture the brackets turn green like its about to take the picture but it doesn't. anyway i can fix this without getting a new phone  and by myself?

i guess the only thing i know is to just leave it to dry a bit longer, and see what it does, or try blow drying the camera, and does it take videos?
