So I plug my Behold into my pc today, and the behold says UMS only available in idle mode. K, so I cannot put it into mass storage mode or pc studio mode, and when i click on usb settings on the phone it restarts. I've reinstalled the samsung suite and drivers. any ideas? Master reset?

i had the same problem and yea master reset is what i had to do
