is there anyway to find out just how much i am usin?  have the $25 web2go plan but if i use less than 100mb im changin that

Log into your www.t-mobile.com account (phone# and password), click on "See billing details" link.  You'll be taken to Bill Summary page.  Scroll down you should see section,  "Used Service" which shows internet usage.  Also in right nav link called "See details of current usage".  That will break it down, including internet access in megabytes.
