Hey, I am Andy..I am new to this site. I dont know if this topic or problem has been resolved but please help me with it. I have heard a lot of people talk about this problem and still havent found a solution. Please help me if you can. At times my behold freezes on me and the only way to fix it is to take the battery out. When I do so and start it up again I get this:

DEMSBL BOOT LOADER FOR MSM6290 MORE THAN DOWNLOADER V5.43

If anyone knows how to fix this, please inform me. Thank you.

if this is a new behold then i would suggest taking it back to tmobile and showing them your issue. sounds like you have a defective phone
