Behold Problems

Just beginning tonight I am having some problems with my behold. The touch screen is not responding properly and the phone is locking up. It is kind of hard to explain but my when I try to make a touch screen command, the response, if any is delayed. And then sometimes the screen just starts jumping around. Other times my phone just starts cycling commands and screens on itself. Have any of yall have had this problem? Right not I took my battery, sim card, and memory card out. I heard of a master reset but wouldnt that delete all my contacts? Any advice of anything else I should do?
