3. Click menu and click on firmware update, don't select your time just click the back button, it will give you a congratulations message and will restart you phone. You should also see two arrows parallel to one another, one blue and one red in the status bar, left side.
4. When it reloads you phone go back and open device management and check result, people have gotten the following at this step
a. no result
b. a list of results including a server url (mine was
http://fota.t-mobile.com:443/omadl/desc?id=3297&r=8168972) a server ip (mine was fota.t-mobile.come) and object size (22009556, some people report this also to be 0 in failed attempts) and then a result (mine was failed a couple times and it started loading the update the last time).

I completed steps 1 and 2 with NO problems.
But ... when I open my new Device Management Icon on the main screen.
Then click "Start DM" I get the up & down arrows on the top bar, & my 3G icon lights up.
Then they go away after 7 seconds.
There is "No Recevied Data" under Results (50+ times).
Is there something I'm missing!
