It's an excellent price, but I doubt for that price it is actually OEM.  I would double check their feedback and see if they have been selling batteries for a while.  A few shady sellers will sell enough odds and ends to build good feedback before branching out into other things that they scam you on.  Happened to me with a MP3 player.  Seller had good feedback but not from selling MP3 players then next thing you know bad feedback starts pouring in about the memory being hacked.  By then it's too late, I'd already bought it and then had to go through the whole Paypal Dispute hassle.

A good eBay feedback tool is www.toolhaus.org

Yeah, their feedback percentage is pretty high, but it's their negatives that concerns me: http://toolhaus.org/cgi-bin/negs?User=%09+all4cellular+&Dirn=Received+by&ref=home

Quite a bit of negative in the last couple of months.  I'd be really careful, but even if it's not OEM, it's still not a bad deal as long as the battery is OK.

Even if it is a bad battery, it wouldn't be too much of a loss (just $4). I'd recommend just buying one or two to minimize potential losses and then if they work get some more.
