My Behold Broke!!!!

Okay I live in Chicago and I went outside with my behold and it was really cold. When i came back It couldnt start. It loaded half way and turned off. I took it T-mobile and the guy was amazed. He was showing off to the people there like, look the first broken behold so I paid 10 buck and he said they will send me a new one. I left my broken behold in the box in the closet. After 2 days it was chrismas and my friend asked me what did i get for chrismas and i showed him my behold and It started I was amazed!!!. And today my new Behold came, i tought i would have 2 behold but it says you have to return the other one. But i still dnt have a new screen protector so i desided to keep the one that it came with that shows how to use it and the drag and drop, but i cant barely hear the speaker because the thing goes over it. Is it gonna damage or should i keep it till i get a new screen protector???

If you get a screen protector, you can pop off the plastic that goes over the speaker. At least mine does.
