srry to ask again but how did ur sister was able to use it cus when i turn it on and ive created the gmail account it says "this could be a temporary problem or your SIM card may not be provisioned for data services. if it continues call Customer Care"

OlvinX just said, I know that's possible.
Method 1 My sister got the phone with the data plan and later called in T-mobile to cancel it, the representative didn't allow it to be completely canceled and she basically "exchanged" it for a much cheaper, much more needed unlimited txt plan.
Method 2 If anyone in your family has an android data plan or any friends, borrow their sim card, pop it in, replace the sim with yours and you're good to go. After the Gmail screen is bypassed, you won't need to worry about a data plan anymore.
without a data plan however, you cannot bypass the Gmail Account screen, unless you use alternative methods of which
OlvinX has mentioned.
