you both do realize that you just took a 2 (behold) and 3 (memoir) mp pix.  look at your file size, then do the math.  Check your phone settings again. they are not on max.  and once again.  with the file compression to be able to put the pix on the forum.  you are still gonna get a regular forum.  You want to compare, you are gonna have to make a photoshop.com account and let people download your pix to see them in full resolution.
