My laptops cord is broken and I'm using the rest of my juice right now to answer your questions.  I'll probably get the cord next week (ordering it).  So until then... BBL

something you can try but is a huge huge huge fire hazard is take something like a flashlight or christmas light bulb and use it to regulate power and attach wires to said bulb then hold the wires to the batteries contacts to charge it, found that out on this site
