Hello

Hello, yes I am a newbie here. I have no idea how to maneuver around this site, but will get it soon enough. I don't mean to complain, but I really don't like my samsung behold because of the following reasons: 1) Every single computer that I have connected it with does not detect it, it says something about drivers and I have no idea how to fix that 2) I do not know how to update the software on it, when I press the software option on the phone settings, it's like it doesn't even try and see and it just tells me within a second that there are none available 3) When I download games, they hardly ever work and it will say something like java update and I have no idea how to fix this. I love the fact that youtube works great. So if someone can help me with all of my small issues, I will be eternally grateful. Thanks again, Julie.

Thank you so much. I know NOTHING about computers or programs. I am too chicken to try because I don't wanna mess up my computer lol. But I really want to fall in love with my phone. So, where can I start if the cable I use to connect my phone to the computer doesn't even work on pc mode only on mass storage? I am soooo lost. I really hope you guys don't get too annoyed by me asking so many questions, but this is the only place that I can rely on for help. Thank you for your patience and your suggestions. I will try and let you know my results
