i acctually have a huge problem...

i got a samsung behold for xmas and when i went to put my sim card in and such the screen asked me for a password. now i have never EVER had a password on any of my other tmobile phones.. where did this come from ? im getting super frustrated because i have never used the phone and i all the sudden have a password out of nowhere Huh

did you try 1234? or any password you might have set on the sim

take your card out. go to menu>settings>reset settings

Click master reset, it's going to ask you for a password. The password is 1234.  It will reset your phone to factory defaults.  Should remove any passwords that are on the phone.
