Just delete the folder on your phone and update your phone again

I see the TKEplorer top half is pc folders
do not see TKEplorer bottom half where the phoners sould be.

To see the rest of TK, you need to drag down the second half and make sure you're connected.

how come whenever i try to connect my phone it says: Warning: unable to open specified port. Please try again. I found the port and clicked the connect but that came up... any help

why is it tht wen i try to update pc studio it says tht it is unable to connect. it says tht the internet or the update server is not available

I got the same thing, also cant seem to find the right com port, went all the way up to com20. I am also using windows 7. It should still work if using 7, right?
