The port in Tkexplorer doesnt have anything in the drop down box. What should i do
I had the same problem until I went into the Phone Settings > USB Settings and changed it to Samsung PCStudio, then it was fine...

i would try uninstalling all the drivers from ad/remove programs restart the computer then try to install again
i have had that problem when i got my new computer
but what i said is what worked for me
hope it does the same for u

make sure your in the exe>java>games folder and try downloading not drag and drop
