i don't message on here often.. but i actually downloaded skype on my behold and it works fine.. went to the download site on my phone web browser and they didn't have the behold model on there so i just chose one that jumped out at me.. and it return.. it worked!  Cheesy good luck!

yeah i have it b/c my hubby is deployed right now so if i'm away from the computer i can just check on my phone.. its great to have.. especially when i have limited times to talk to him.. Smiley

Skype is an excellent app, you can even use it on a PSP! VOIP to Skype users.

To piggyback on Cashmony's post- it is the use of the internet to make phone calls, hence, Voice Over Internet Protocol. Cable company phone service, Avaya, Vonage, and of course  Skype uses this technology to name a few.

ok.. i gotcha.. yeah it works that way.. i just put $10 on my skype account for making skype calls.. and when i'm not home and my hubby is online.. he can call me and it forwards to my phone..  as for the phone device i chose i believe it was the T639.. but like i said.. i just chose one and crossed my fingers that it worked.. and it did.. also.. if it doesnt.. try try again.. thats all i can say..  Undecided i'm sorry  Embarrassed
