Is there any way to refresh the phone or do something to gain all the data stored on your SIM? I've been waiting, but my phone book, memos, etc still have not synced into my new phone. I previously had a SK LX. Also, my Faves are gone of the widget and main screen. Is there any way I can restore them without having to go to T-Mo? I'm so sick of those people!

Im not sure about the copying of data.. but, i had myfavs vanish as well, and i just logged onto tmobile.com, and clicked on the myfavs issues, and had them resend it via computer... and it worked within seconds....

the contacts on your sim or that were stored on your own phone should be at mytmobile.com i think you can resend them from there. no sure but try it. (:
