i need help i am not good with computers i know alittle bit.
ok i down loaded the samsung pc studio 3 i have the icon on my desktop but when i click it, it tells me "The feature you are trying to us eis on a CD-ROM or other removeable disk that is not avaliable" then it tells me to "Insert Microsoft ActiveSync' disk and click ok"

so is there a disk that was suppose to have came with my phone cuz i did not get one

Oh and what is the samsung pc studio for i saw it in another topic but i dont remeber what it was for

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME!!!!

it says the same thing for me...i have it installed and everything but when i plug in my phone it doesnt work right...and no my phone didnt come with a CD either.

The studio is a program for easier management with your phone...

I'm really not sure how your software got to be the way it was.
What I'd recommend is uninstalling the PC Studio under Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel, downloading PC Studio over again (and installing according to Persian's amazing new video guide :advertisement: lol).

I think you might not have been installing the software to your C:/ drive? That could make the software think it was installed on a removable disk.... also, maybe the install was corrupted....

Also, as dado says, your phone needs to be in "PC Studio" mode before you plug it into the computer, which you can change by going to "Settings", then "Phone settings", then "USB settings" and selecting "Studio mode" on your behold

yea it was pissin me off to cuz i had the program installed on my cpu.. but u have to install a driver or whateva and make sure both are installed... driver and pc studio.. then it should work but mass storage work jus fine.. jus format the mem card then transfer all u want
