I realize I am not the most technologically savvy person, but I am having so much trouble getting my phone to play the ringtone I set for it. I go to menu-settings-sound profiles and I have it set on "normal" and when I click that the tone I chose for it is saved, but whenever my phone rings it plays the "tmobile" ringtone, which is not saved there. I can't figure it out...
