My phone is set on vibrate. When I have an incoming call, the screen remains blank/dark and does not let me see who is calling. It just continues to vibrate. How can I fix this so that is shows who is calling? I have trying searching the sight to look for the answer but so far havent found anything. Thanks

This was on another topic, but the main issue is not the vibrate function, but the sensor area on the top of the face of the phone just to the left of the speaker. If ANYTHING is blocking that sensor, the phone will be/stay blanked out. make sure you are not covering it with your thumb or anything like that.
