When your phone is in no sim mode, does it still have sound, such as keytone, ringtones, and so on? Thanks

Yes, it functions as normal as it would with the sim card in. Obviously no calls or web though. I just sent back my old phone and as I went through the phone without the sim it stills made all the tones and everything you mentioned.
