i've tried using the mass storage it doesn't work. It only worked once and never again.  whenever i plug in my phone to the computer it says unknown device and it won't connect! I'm thinking of sending my phone in and getting a refurbished phone. What do YOU suggest?

first try going to menu>settings>phone settings>usb settings> ask on connection
then try connecting your phone, also restart your phone and pc and switch usb ports

after you have tried all that...try a master reset on your phone....see if that works...

wat does a master reset do?

resets your device to the original seetings. kind of doing a system recovery in a computer. from everything to drivers to software, etc....

so basically you will restore it to the factory settings....

now...if that still does not work...then try to work around with the computer...say some settings, and stuff...might even be your computer hardware...but i highly doubt it...(still worth a try just in case)
