Hey guys i was wondering about THE BEST program and video resolution for the behold. I am currently using Vio from piratebay with a 320X200 with a "good" quality, then when i transfered the once 700mb to 125mb to the behold, i got a very fuzzy quality, and i was kind of dissapointed. Kinda thought about getting an unlocked iphone for a minute. Can anyone help me out?

you are overcompressing the file if you are making it 125mb.  Search the forum, there's already a complete thread on this topic.
