Mac users, our time has come. I have made a breakthrough.

Type in the code: *#197328640# on your Behold keypad.

This gives access to the service engineering menu. It has a different keypad with a list of a lot of different options.

Go to "Common" (9) and then select "USB Settings" (6) and change the setting from SAMSUNG USB to QUALCOMM USB. After doing this you can get a Mac running BitPim (Windows can run BitPim too) to recognize/connect to the com ports.

Connect your USB cable. Then download BitPim if you haven't already. Then run BiitPim.

Next, run the Phone Select Wizard. Then select LG EnV in the phone selection wizard. The click next. Use the first comm port for connection. Click next again. Then finish the wizard. After that you will want to click on View>File System. The file system will appear in the sidebar area. Click on it and let it load (this will take about 2 minutes.) Voila!! Access to the Behold's file system on a Mac!

No need to download Parallels, DarWine, or VMWare Fusion. BitPim runs natively. Now we should be able to add files and such on a Mac, just like you can on a PC with TK.
