I have searched and searched.  I can't get the pc to connect to my behold.  Every time I try the pc says driver not installed successfully.  I have re-tried installing drivers and links on here but no dice.  What is going on here?  I follow instructions on how to connect to tk explorer but my laptop doesn't see the phone.  Am I missing something simple?  This is really frustrating!!!  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I can however see my files in mass storage mode but when I move the mp4 videos to the pc they play with no sound.  I am using a bran new gateway NV53 with Windows 7 and all the bells and whistles.  Is it not working because it's windows 7?  I am ready to give up but there are videos of my son I want to archive.  If I cant transfer video than I will have to look into another phone.

Unfortunately at this time there is a known compatibility issue with Windows 7 and PC studios.   I haven't heard of anyone that has fixed it or gotten it working.

Well, thanks.  I am happy because I thought there was something totally wrong with my pc or the behold.  Maybe Samsung will come out with a patch... More likely maybe someone here will figure it out.  Either way,  thanks.

I will survive by using the mass storage side and moving files... Does anyone know of a media player that will play the mp4 files that the behold produces (that can be ran on windows 7)?  thanks.

Yeah, beholders is right.  Quicktime is the only one I've found so far.

Thanks Booboo, beholders.  Quicktime did work and I will just have to put up with the compatibility issues until someone comes up with some kind of patch..  Im not throwing the laptop away over the phone...  I can still use pc studio on my old desktop (that runs XP) but it is relatively slooooow compared to my laptop.  Thanks again guys.  I'l be posting around on here once I figure out some of the different tricks and  games.  Hey!  You know that lame game on the iphone that just lets you pop bubbles that float across the screen?  Is there a version of that for the behold?  My son would love it and it would keep him occupied in line at the market or when I have to have an important grown up conversation.  Let me know where and how to download it..

I haven't seen it, but check out the Games section.  NeroMorte has loads of games and apps that can be downloaded straight to your phone from his site.  It might be on there or something similar.
