Author Topic: how to troubleshoot blinking DEMSBL?  (Read 1480 times)

Mine got stuck at the DEMSBL screen. I reset it by taking the battery out, pressing Volume up and Volume down why putting the battery back in and the unit appeared to begin reset to defaults. It went blue then green then dark. Now when I put it on the charger it blinks at the DEMSBL screen. Do I have a bad battery or a bad power switch?

no something went wrong with your phone, and so far the only tix for that we've found is replacing the phone

T-Mobile simply replaced the phone. :-) Good advice, Easy fix.

i hope tmobile replace my behold phone it is also stuck in the demsbl mode this really sucks and is effecting my business wtf!
