Hey guys,

I've been trying to figure out how to get these Java games to work from my macbook, but I haven't had any luck. I've tried Jar Launcher (?), Jar Bundler, used stuffit to expand it but didn't know where to go from there... (I was trying to download/make work a Pokemon Yellow game posted on one of the boards).

Anyways, I've been looking and searching on these boards (as well as the whole net), trying to find information about this. I need heeelppp...  I just want to play games on my new Samsung Behold, it's pretty! Sad

Thanks,
 Jen

He's going to suggest a windows emulator or dual booting. This works if you are running on an intel mac. (Most likely you are.)

To save you the trouble:

Programs you can use:
VMWare Fusion
Parallels
Darwine
Crossover

or you can dual boot using bootcamp or a similar program.

In all cases, except for Darwine, you will need to have a Windows install disc.

If you are running on a PowerPC Mac, you are screwed for the moment.

Yea! I finally was able to succesfully sometime last week with parallels which i personally think is the best so you dont have to reboot windows seperately if using tk is the only thing you're doing hahah. sweet...parallels is a pretty awesome software! crossover is just shoot.. even though i still use it to play cs on my mac sometimes.. hahah

No, none of these Windows emulating softwares will work.  I already tried every one of them and they don't work.  Remember you're EMULATING Windows, which means that your USB drive that's required to connect to your phone is still a MAC USB drive.  Currently, there are no programs that allow us Behold users to connect to our phones via MAC USB drive.

I have a macbook, and yeah parallels works for me, I dont seem to have a problem connecting my phone.
