HEY IVE TRYED pressing connent on the t.kexplorer and i get an error msg saying that it is unable to open the specified port can you plz tell me what to do?

First off sorry ahead of time for all the dumb questions im about to ask. I am not a very tech savy person but can follow directions. I have downloaded all the required programs, but as far as the modem driver... i come to the box where I can unzip and do so but then I cant install it. Says that another driver is available and other BS. I have winRAR and TKFilerExplorer 2.2 and Samsung PC studio 3 all downloaded. I have noticed that researching this site is the preffered way to have my questions answered and and Ive beeen doing so for quite some time. Also I cannot find a port in tk that will work. Others seem to have this issue also and I cant find a reason why. I have watched the video in the how to section but its kinda blurry at critical times(for me). Thank you to anyone who can help.

One thing that I found that worked was to actually put the PC Studio software on my notebook BEFORE connecting my phone, then connecting the phone and allowing PC Studio to search for the drivers. Trust me, THIS WORKS!!!!!

Does anyone know if it is possible to use gmail chat on my phone? i can get gmail no problem but i cant figure out how to use the chat.

Just wanna thank everyone for their video's, questions and answers. I believe I encountered every problem everyone asked in this thread. The best thing I could tell anyone is restarting your phone, PC, updating the JD and App, and making sure its set to SPS are huge keys! Thanks again everyone!

HEY i did it before but i did a master reset and now when i do the tkfileexplorer and i enter the com all i see is phone and when i double click or signle click to make something drop down i see nothing and i have on studio mode what can i be doing wrong? Huh

I just wanted to say thnx for the step by step. I was gettn bored wit my behold until i found u guys....n girls. I havent been able todo anythin wit this phone til last nite. and i havent hacked anything since my psp and my old xv6700. Hope theres more to come. Thnx again.

I got to step 8 and connected YAY, but when I click to expand the phone's contents nothing is there. Can anyone help with this?
