really?  mine works fine in Firefox.  i'm using version 3.0.5.

here's what i do step-by-step on Firefox:

1) find the video on youtube
2) add "kick" to the url (example: www.KICKyoutube.com/...)
3) select MP4 (or whatever format you want)
4) click on the green GO icon
5) when the green GO icon turns into a blue DOWN icon, right click on it and select SAVE LINK AS...

hope this works for those that use Firefox!

i've done all this but when i open the link again i get a web page wit nothin but letters and symbols..... so i dnt think it works cuz i cant open it.....

or should i paste that into the fone?? would it work on it and not on my laptop?

no, don't do this on the phone.  do it on laptop.  what do you mean by when you "open the link again"?  what link are you referring to?  what step from my directions are you having problems with?

Are you using the Kick program, or Tubetilla?

the site ive been using for a couple of years is
http://www.zamzar.com
i think its a lot greater than this tubetilla
it requires no download and can convert both youtube and videos on your computer into a variety of formats, including mp4 and psp

if you have a data plan you can trace the source of the video and download it, just like you can download ringtones directly

Wow, this Kick thing is the best thing ever. Works perfectly. Downloaded video, uploaded to phone, and works like a charm. Thanks for the info!
