please help me i cant reset my phone because my calibration in the home screen is mest up and i cant acces the menu...please help me .... Cry

im missing out on boomshine port and i can not even txt anymore .please help me.... Cry

and im sorry if i posted this before ,but nobody seems to care , and yes i have searched (reset) on the search button.....

Hold down the volume keys and power it on without letting go of the keys (both volume and on button)
