Before anyone replies this post, I want to let everyone know that i'VE ALREADY SEARCHED THE FORUMS FOR A CLEAR CUT ANSWER BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND ONE. Sorry....

Basically, gps does NOT work for me. Telenav, despite my location (both indoors AND outdoors with my phone lifted straight up to the sky lol), is not able to pick up my location via GPS. MapsGPS always is unable to pick up my location as well.  But MapsGPS gives me an error saying "GPS position not yet determined. Make sure the phone can receive/determine GPS information..bla bla bla". My mobile tracking is turned on but still no luck. So then I tried google maps, but google maps has always given me a message saying "your location could not be determined."

I really would like my phone to be capable of having the GPS function....it's one of the main reasons why I bought this phone. Please help!!

Also, can anyone tell me the FULL settings to optimize my gps functionality? I want to get amazegps but can't since I have a mac right now....so for now I'll use mgmaps. what should my settings be for that? and for internals, what should my settings be?

Hopefully if we get an update SOON, they will fix this joke of a gps function. I got this phone partially for gps as well, but the gps terrible. I still enjoy my Behold, but it needs an update oh so badly.

My Google Maps Always Finds My Location, Besides It Being A Few Streets Off...I Get The Same "GPS Not Determined" For "Where Am I" In MgMaps As Well..amAze Gives Me "communication problem" With No Other Option But To Exit...

My Question Is If Google Maps Works Fine And Locates Me, Why Wounldnt The Others Work As Well??? I've Been Spending So Much Time Trying To Get MgMaps & amAze To Work, Im Close To My End

first i gotta ask did you go outside? and stand there for a while? cause that what it took for mine to work the first time. i followed all the steps i found on this forum. i started mgmaps and then entered all the settings in.then i drove around while i waited for it to find me. took a while but now it only takes a couple of minutes. it takes a while. just have to wait for it.

cool man! yeah i like mgmaps. google is ok but it just feels wierd when it shows you like 4 streets away.
hey young what settings do you want? the phone settings are in the internal settings under lbs>ntw env. then you just change it off of t-mobile or whatever it says. im not sure which is the optimal setting but i put mine on internal. then you set mgmaps gps settings to internal. then do the waiting thing and it should work fine.

I just want the internal settings (ie LBS or network env, etc) and the mgmaps settings.
I also want to know what to do after those settings are set-up...like do i just run mgmaps and let it sit? or do i do something else..
