Samsung Behold - Can't access memory card

I installed an 8G memory card, which shows up in PC Studio and on the main screen. I can't access the card, however, to store files or to read it. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hmm, I guess this is what they meant by not supported past 4gb. What you can do is put the phone in mass storage mode and "drag and drop" files that way.

the behold supports up to a 16 GB card... check your facts before you tell someone something that isnt true

BIO HACKER ,, WE KNOW the Behold supports it. The tech manual says it does not. Why he posted "Hmm, I guess this is what they meant by not supported past 4gb." Please don't challenge the staff.

Anyway. Can you give us some details on your card, where you purchased, type, how long you've had it, useage habits. All of this are possible factors to why it does not work.
