Well ill try and tell you how it worked for me but idk if it will work for someone else....ok here it is:
go to dialing page and press in *#03# then press back till you see [1] Idle Mode Information and [2] UE Capability Information and so on then u will see towards the bottom [8] Phone control then hit 8....
then you should see [1] Drx [OFF] or [ON] and then the one you wanna type in is [7] Runtime Simul then the very first one u see is [1] Error Fatal hit that and then it will pop up saying like error fatal or something like that...and then like flash in and out of saying hold the apll key...also known as the lock phone or unlock phone button just hold that and it should come up with this screen sayn bootloader or something like that and then u just take the battery out of ur phone and then back in and it should fix that...or other problems so u dont havto go and order a whole new phone...and if it doesnt come up saying the whole boot loader thing then that prolly means u dont have problems with your phone and it should just restart....Well there ya go i hope it helps someone
