Bluetooth problem

i was trying to link my behold via bluetooth with my blackjack and it wont work. My phone's visibility is on but when i click search it says:

Bluetooth is currently switched off. Switch on? Click yes

Then, No bluetooth address!! If you dont change your BD address, it may do the wrong action.
What the hell is a BD.
When i try to turn the bluetooth on its just keeps making that sound when you touch something.

Did you give permission for the other item to access your phone?
